If you’re looking to buy a station, Ed is glad to meet with you, discuss market conditions and financing opportunities and to advise you of possible acquisition targets. After a listing agreement is signed, Ed will contact prospective sellers on your behalf and help negotiate the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement. Again, Ed realizes his job isn’t done until the sale is approved, closed and you’re operating the station.
